KC Home Offers LLC helps real estate investors find business-purpose financing, such as fix-and-flip, DSCR rental, bridge, and ground-up construction loans, and also buys houses directly from homeowners.
We are not a direct lender. We connect borrowers with lending partners. All loans are subject to the terms, conditions, underwriting, and approval of the lending partner. Loan products are for business purposes only and are not intended for owner-occupied properties or consumer purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use our services. If you apply for financing on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
3. No Commitment or Guarantee
Nothing on this website or in our communications is a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, a guarantee of loan terms, or a binding offer to buy a property. Loan terms are final only when approved in writing by a lending partner. A purchase offer is binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
4. Your Information
You agree that information you provide is accurate and complete. False or misleading information may lead to denial of a request or termination of services. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communication Consent
